Receive ongoing tutor support throughout your course. Tutors are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm by email and telephone to provide guidance on coursework and assessment requirements.

Assignments are normally assessed within 3 working days, helping you maintain steady progress through the qualification.

Flexible Study

There are no fixed course deadlines. You can progress through your studies at your own pace, subject to completing the qualification requirements and maintaining appropriate access to your placement and practical evidence.

Accredited Certification

Upon successful completion of the qualification and all certification requirements, you will receive your qualification certificate and unit transcript through the approved awarding arrangements.

Practical Observation Support

Where applicable under the programme's assessment arrangements, learners can receive support with practical observation and evidence requirements.

Assessment

The qualification combines written assignments with practical workplace assessment.
